Data corrections

If a rebate amount, eligibility rule, program status, or city cost range looks wrong, please tell us. We verify against the primary source (state energy office, utility provider page, or DSIRE entry), correct within one business day, and re-deploy the page within 24 hours of the fix landing.

When reporting a correction, it helps to include:

• The page URL where you saw the issue
• The specific number or claim that needs review
• A primary source we can cite (utility website, state program page, IRS guidance, etc.)

What we can't help with

We are not installers, contractors, or a utility. We can't schedule installations, quote a specific job, process a rebate application on your behalf, or troubleshoot an existing system. For any of those, your local utility's energy efficiency program office or a licensed HVAC contractor in your area is the right starting point.
